Dehradun: Film Producer Director Mahesh Bhatt has said that after encouraging the shooting of films in Uttarakhand, Bollywood has started to know Uttarakhand beyond of Mussoorie Dehradun as well. The natural beauty of Uttarakhand is attracting more and more filmmakers. Film Producer Director Mahesh Bhatt and Pooja Bhatt met Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat at CM residence.
Chief Minister said that Uttarakhand is a culturally rich state, with the richness of natural beauty. There is widespread scope for filmmakers for beautiful shooting of the films and also to present rich folk traditions and culture in the plot. Chief Minister said that the Harshil area of the state can emerge as an alternative to Switzerland. Notably, film Producer Director Mr.  Bhat is touring different parts of Uttarakhand including Auli, Niti, Mana, Triyuginarayan, Mansarovar etc in search of new places for shooting of his upcoming film Sadak 2. Actor Sanjay Dutt, Pooja Bhatt, Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapoor will be in the lead role in Sadak 2.
